Sales Account Manager Position

We are seeking candidates for a full-time Sales Account Manager to add to our growing team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Act as a liaison between sales team and operations team
- Develop, manage, and report on sales goals and business development plan in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Become familiar with using our aerial imagery software
- Learn and become very familiar with using all features within our CRM system
- Upload and update all applicable project information to our CRM
- Solicit, qualify, and upload accurate quotes for new business opportunities
- Provide an in-depth analyses of specific property needs
- Perform field measurements at local job sites to determine necessary scope of work for repairs
- Configure, prepare, and distribute estimates/bids to match scope of work
- Analyze proposals, blueprints, and other documentation to assist in the preparation of time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for all phases of project
- Compile accurate repair map and photo addendums for proposals
- Provide accurate job costing for all in-house service lines and identify cost saving measures
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and scheduling of projects
- Assist in selecting vendors and subcontractors
- Assist in scoping local and national jobs
- Develop and maintain relationships with local alliances and vendors
- Respond to inquiries from customers and subcontractors
- Solicit customer feedback to improve services
- Gather and present information on competitor activities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in direct sales, paving industry preferred
- Knowledgeable in and proven abilities with estimating in a paving, landscaping or construction type environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently within a collaborative environment and contribute to building a positive team spirit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheet software and word processing
- Strong knowledge of general math concepts
