Asphalt Pavement Construction

As the word implies, construction is the building of new asphalt surfaces. First, excavation and grading of the area are performed as necessary to establish desired grade and drainage. Next, an aggregate base course is placed and compacted. Finally, a specifically designed asphalt mix is applied to present a finished surface based on the needs of the client.

My project is existing asphalt pavement that needs repair or replacement.

Your existing pavement may have fine hairline cracks spread and deepen within the asphalt. Without ongoing maintenance, water may enter through cracks and holes may form, undermining the substrate. Other issues you may be experiencing are large cracks, potholes, puddling, drainage issues, or crumbing and deteriorating. Some areas may be functioning well, while other areas are in need of repair or replacement. Our team of experts and Civil Engineers can correct most reasons for your pavement failing and offer the best method of replacement for your pavement. To find out why some pavements fail, go to our FAQ page. Our team of experts will evaluate your pavements and create a proposal providing you with the best options to achieve your goals.
